Fylde Borough Council no longer manages Council properties these were transferred in 2000 to New Fylde Housing. The council is responsible for a wide range of housing services. We will make sure that:
- Housing needs are met where possible
- Homeless people are fairly assessed and helped to find a home
- A wide range of advice & information is freely available in the borough
- Your home is healthy, safe and warm
- New affordable housing is planned in the borough where needed
- Advice is also given on Energy Efficiency and Home Security.
Fylde Borough Council's Housing Services were recently re-inspected by the Audit Commission, the Government Inspectorate. A summary of the report is available from their website.
